About this file
The document provided is an Addendum No. 1 to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Texas General Land Office (GLO) and Veterans Land Board (VLB) for Social Media Data Analytics Services (RFP No. X0001005-ST). The RFP seeks proposals from qualified data analytics service providers to assist in the development and execution of targeted social media campaigns for the VLB. The RFP has a deadline for submission of January 10, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. CT. The contract is intended to be awarded to a single vendor.
The RFP does not disclose a budget, but the GLO has stated that a HUB Subcontracting Plan is required for all respondents. The GLO has no incumbent for the requested services and will accept proposals from international vendors, provided they register with the Texas Secretary of State before contract execution. The evaluation process will be conducted by a committee of subject matter experts from various GLO divisions, and the procurement department will perform an administrative review to ensure proposal completeness prior to the evaluation.
