About this file
This document is a required statement for a state and local contract opportunity issued by Williamson County, Texas. The county is soliciting proposals for Armored Courier Services to begin on January 12, 2024, for the transport of cash, checks, and general mail from the County Treasurer's office and Tax office to a designated bank or the bank's "Vault". The contract has an initial three-year term with one optional twelve-month renewal.
The document outlines several anti-boycott clauses that the selected contractor must certify, including not boycotting Israel, energy companies, or discriminating against firearm entities and trade associations during the contract term. Contractors may be exempt from these clauses if they are a sole proprietor, have less than 10 full-time employees, or the contract value is less than $100,000.
