Q&A

1. I would like to know if the University is willing to make any deposit for the reservations as the travels are only happening next year. Could you be so kind and clear this out to us?

ANSWER: Yes- we prefer a staggered invoice approach. For example, x% of the total amount due by a certain date (i.e., this represents a deposit and would usually cover non-refundable airfare fees, etc.); then the next amount due by a certain date, so on and so forth. Ideally three-four negotiated deadlines work well.

2. We would like to know if you are interested in a travel insurance package (health and repatriation) which could include comprehensive coverage, emergency medical assistance and travel assistance?

ANSWER: No- students have to purchase required travel insurance through the university. We do not want to double tax them.
