About this file
This document is an Addendum for a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the University of Houston Clear Lake (UHCL) for Print and Mail Services Operations. The RFP is open to respondents to provide print/copy services and mail/receiving services for UHCL. The contract may also be available to other University of Houston System campuses. The RFP provides details on the current staffing levels, clarifies that certain exhibits are not required for proposal submission, and confirms the anticipated contract start date of 2024-2025 academic year. It also addresses questions regarding references, facility services, current equipment, and access to the University's IT network.
The RFP indicates that respondents should propose contractual arrangements that offer maximum benefit to the University in terms of services, overall cost, and project management expertise. Respondents are encouraged to describe any educational, state, and local government discounts that may be available. The RFP covers Harris County and the City of Houston as the relevant jurisdictions for this opportunity.
