About this file

This document is a Certification of Compliance with the Texas Public Information Act for a contract opportunity at the University of Houston System (UHS) for a cloud-based Microsoft Teams Contact Center solution. The University is seeking to migrate from its current Anywhere365 and Skype for Business on-premises call center system to a certified Microsoft Teams Contact Center application, including configuration, annual maintenance, and support. The University currently has 12 Unified Contact Centers deployed across various departments and groups with 450 agents and 70 supervisors handling up to 100 active concurrent calls. The contract opportunity involves Harris County and the City of Houston. Respondents are encouraged to propose contractual arrangements offering the maximum benefit to the University in terms of services, overall cost, and project management expertise. Educational, state, and local government discounts should be included.

The Certification of Compliance document outlines the contractor's obligations to preserve and provide contracting information related to the contract to the University upon request and at the end of the contract, as required by the Texas Government Code. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in contract termination.
