About this file
This document is a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) issued by the Birdville Independent School District (BISD) in Texas for Fine Arts Contracted Services. BISD is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide these services, which are to be delivered by independent contractors or contracting firms rather than district employees. The services are considered temporary or short-term in nature and supplement the district's expertise. The contract term is from October 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, with options to extend for up to four additional one-year periods. The total estimated contract value based on 2021-22 expenditures is $183,000.
The RFCSP outlines the required proposal submission details, including the question deadline of August 31, 2023 and the response deadline of September 12, 2023. Proposals may be submitted through the district's e-bid system or in paper format. BISD will evaluate proposals based on factors such as purchase price, vendor reputation and experience, service quality, ability to meet district needs, past relationship with the district, and compliance with historically underutilized business requirements. Vendors must complete and submit required forms such as the Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and W-9.
