About this file
This is Addendum No. 1 for Texas Department of Agriculture's RFP No. 551-20-01064 for HDM Monitoring services. The addendum primarily extends the proposal due date from June 9, 2020, to June 18, 2020, at 3:00 PM Central Time, and provides clarifications to various sections of the original RFP. The work involves comprehensive monitoring of HDM Program Grantees, requiring licensed accountants to perform reviews and develop monitoring plans. Key requirements include a Project Lead with 7 years of experience conducting comprehensive performance reviews of governmental and 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations receiving state funding.
The addendum clarifies several technical aspects, including the correction of exhibit labels (Exhibit P should be labeled as Exhibit W for the HUB Subcontracting Plan), and confirms that electronic submissions are not acceptable unless specifically approved due to disaster-related transportation issues. The document also addresses questions about CPA licensing requirements, proposal evaluation criteria, and the development of monitoring plans. No specific pricing terms or funding amounts are mentioned in the addendum.
