Step 2 includes interviews, demonstrations, reference calls, and technical security questions assessed on a Pass/Fail basis, followed by pricing evaluation and small business practices scoring. No set-asides are explicitly selected in this solicitation. The College will not provide compensation for proposal preparation costs or demonstrations and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. All proposals must include compliance documentation for cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, and FERPA compliance, along with completed attachments including the IT Application/Web Platform Security Assessment Questionnaire and Form CIQ (Conflict of Interest Questionnaire).
