About this file
This is a Master Order agreement establishing a discount pricing schedule for general items and services or installation work, applicable to procurement activities within a consortium or multi-agency framework. The document serves as a blanket purchase agreement that allows participating entities to order covered products and services at negotiated discount rates from an approved vendor or vendor list, eliminating the need for individual competitive solicitations for each transaction under the master agreement's scope.
The pricing structure operates on a discount-from-list basis, meaning costs are calculated by applying agreed-upon percentage discounts to the vendor's published price lists or manufacturer's recommended retail pricing. The master order framework permits flexibility in ordering quantities and frequencies based on actual organizational needs, with pricing locked in for the contract term to provide budget certainty and administrative efficiency. Specific contract duration, renewal terms, participating agencies, pricing discount percentages, and covered product categories would be detailed in the underlying master order document, though the document title indicates this agreement was executed on or around June 4, 2026, and is related to maintenance and repair services for concession equipment within Texas.
