Man-hours charged under the contract are limited to productive hours at the job site only; time spent on transportation, material acquisition, equipment movement, and related overhead activities are not separately chargeable but must be factored into the hourly rate. MD Anderson reserves the right to require removal of any employee deemed incompetent, careless, or unprofessional. Prior to commencing any non-emergency work, the contractor must submit detailed quotes including work descriptions, labor hours and types, material cost estimates, total cost estimates, and completion timelines using MD Anderson's Cost Worksheet. All contractor employees require annual badging renewal to work at MD Anderson facilities.
