About this file
This is a mandatory pricing schedule attachment for a competitive bid solicitation issued by the Texas Military Department Procurement and Contract Services for fire protection equipment foam system repairs at Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA). The project encompasses four hangars (9530, 9535, 9540, and 9550) located at 5102 Emma Browning Avenue, Austin, Texas 78719. Work at each facility includes capturing and preserving existing Jet-X foam concentrate using 55-gallon drums, removing and disposing of existing tank bladders, installing new tank bladders of specified capacities, reinstalling foam from drums into new bladders, replacing one electronic valve per hanger, and repairing minor leaks on fire sprinkler risers. Hanger 9530 requires work on two 300-gallon tanks, while hangars 9535, 9540, and 9550 each require work on two 800-gallon tanks. Testing of the foam concentrate will be completed by TMD's existing fire protection vendor. The solicitation is classified under NIGP Class 936-33 for fire protection equipment and systems inspection, maintenance, and repair services.
The pricing schedule requires contractors to submit unit prices and extended prices for each of the four line items representing work at each hanger facility. All cells in the pricing template are locked except for data entry fields highlighted in yellow, and contractors are prohibited from adding, deleting, or modifying any other cells under penalty of proposal disqualification. Bidders must provide company name, point of contact information, phone number, and email address. All pricing submissions must reflect work that meets the requirements outlined in Section C—Statement of Work of the solicitation. The document does not indicate specific response deadlines, award dates, contract terms, or renewal options.
