About this file

This is an Exceptions Schedule template document prepared by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for Solicitation No. 601440000054109 related to a Traffic Signal Controller procurement. The document serves as a standardized form for respondents to declare any exceptions or proposed modifications to the solicitation terms and conditions. Respondents are required to complete all applicable fields for any exceptions taken, provide proposed language modifications in the designated column, and submit the schedule as part of their bid response. If no exceptions are being taken, respondents must indicate this by marking an "X" in the highlighted yellow box on the form.

The Exceptions Schedule includes 20 numbered line items for respondents to document exceptions by referencing the specific document name, page number, and solicitation reference (such as paragraph, section, or line item number), along with any proposed alternative language for TxDOT's review and consideration. The form is protected with a password to prevent unauthorized modifications to its structure, and respondents are instructed to ensure all exceptions are properly declared and documented prior to submission. This document is a standard procurement tool designed to facilitate transparent communication of any deviations from the solicitation requirements and to provide TxDOT with clear visibility into respondent concerns or requests for contract modifications.
