About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) document pertains to an Environmental Regulatory Records Search contract for the State of Texas. The project involves conducting comprehensive environmental regulatory records searches to identify potential environmental liabilities and compliance issues associated with properties or facilities. The scope includes researching federal, state, and local environmental databases, regulatory agency files, and historical records to compile detailed reports on environmental concerns such as contamination, violations, permits, and enforcement actions. The deliverables consist of written environmental reports that synthesize findings from multiple regulatory sources and present them in a standardized format suitable for environmental due diligence, real estate transactions, or regulatory compliance assessments.
The contract specifies performance standards for record search accuracy, timeliness of report delivery, and compliance with Texas environmental regulatory standards. Pricing terms and specific contract duration details, renewal options, and set-aside provisions would be contingent upon the individual contract award. The incumbent contractor information, if applicable, and funding sources through the State of Texas would be detailed in the full procurement documentation. This type of environmental records search service is essential for organizations conducting property assessments, environmental impact evaluations, or regulatory compliance reviews within Texas jurisdiction.
