About this file
This is a Scope of Work document from the Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) for Lubbock State Supported Living Center located at 3401 N University Ave, Lubbock, TX 79415, issued as Invitation for Bid #HHS0017684. The bid solicitation covers the procurement of various furniture items totaling 64 line items. The furniture specifications include upholstered seating such as sofas, accent chairs, recliners, and loveseats; dining sets with tables and chairs; storage furniture including cabinets, bookcases, and TV stands; accent tables; servers; and area rugs. Most items are specified by manufacturer model numbers (primarily Coaster brand products, with some items from Furniture of America, Steve Silver Furniture, Libby Langdon, Perse, and Kansas brands) with the option for HHSC-approved equal alternatives.
The document does not provide specific information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder conferences, award dates, contract term, renewal options, funding sources, or other financial details. All line items are presented with their respective manufacturer specifications and part numbers, with the notation that bidders may propose HHSC-approved equal products as substitutes for the specified items. The scope of work does not include quantities per item beyond what is indicated in individual line item descriptions (such as "Set of 2" for certain chair items).
