About this file

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Internal Audit Services issued by the State of Texas under RFQ 458-E260682. The procurement seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive internal audit services to support the state's audit functions. The RFQ outlines the scope of work required for internal auditing activities, though specific service quantities and detailed project parameters are defined within the supporting documentation. Interested vendors must submit responses by the deadline specified in the RFQ document. The contract term and any renewal options are contingent upon the selected vendor's proposal and the state's evaluation process.

Pricing terms are to be submitted by respondents as part of their quotation packages and will be evaluated according to the state's selection criteria. The RFQ may include set-asides for small businesses or other designated vendor categories as applicable under Texas procurement regulations. Specific funding amounts, budget allocations, and funding sources for this engagement are detailed within the procurement documents. Additional details regarding incumbent status, current service environment, and any other material contract considerations are addressed in the RFQ's terms and conditions sections.
