About this file

This document is a Schedule of Costs and Fees attachment for RFP 2026-1191, a Maintenance and Repair Staff Augmentation Services procurement by the State of Texas. The RFP seeks qualified contractors to provide staff augmentation services for maintenance and repair activities. The schedule of costs establishes the pricing framework and fee structure that bidders must use when submitting their proposals, outlining the labor rates, hourly fees, or other cost components applicable to the requested services. This attachment serves as a standardized cost template to ensure consistent pricing submissions across all proposals and to facilitate accurate cost comparisons during the evaluation process.

The document functions as the official pricing mechanism for the RFP, establishing the baseline cost parameters and fee schedules that contractors must follow when preparing their bids. By providing a standardized cost and fee schedule, Texas ensures transparency in pricing expectations and enables objective evaluation of all submissions based on consistent financial metrics. This attachment is essential for bidders to accurately calculate their total project costs and for the state to perform meaningful price comparisons among competing proposals for the maintenance and repair staff augmentation services.
