The scope of work outlines the requirements for leasing, delivering, and setting up portable office buildings to support state operations. The contractor is responsible for providing mobile office units that meet specified dimensions and operational standards, ensuring timely delivery to designated locations, and performing complete setup including utility connections, site preparation, and equipment installation. The services encompass ongoing maintenance and support throughout the lease term, with the contractor required to respond to service requests and address any operational issues within defined timeframes. The contract term includes an initial lease period with options for renewal or extension based on the state's continued operational needs.
The Statement of Work specifies that the contractor must maintain equipment in full working condition, comply with all applicable safety and building codes, and provide regular inspection and preventive maintenance services. Performance standards require responsiveness to state requests, adherence to delivery schedules, and maintenance of portable units in compliance with applicable regulations and environmental standards.
