About this file

This is a schedule document related to the Texas Family Code applicable to a state contract opportunity in Texas. The document appears to establish a pricing and compensation framework aligned with Texas Family Code provisions, likely governing services or products related to family services, child welfare, or related social services administered under Texas state law. The specific scope of work, quantities, response dates, due dates, and contract term details would be contained within the associated contract opportunity documentation, as this schedule document serves as a reference guide for Family Code compliance and rate structures rather than the primary solicitation details.

The schedule establishes the regulatory and statutory basis for pricing, service delivery standards, and operational requirements that must comply with Texas Family Code statutes. This framework would govern funding sources, reimbursement rates, and service delivery standards for any contracted services. Specific pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, and funding amounts would be detailed in the primary contract solicitation documents and related exhibits, with this schedule serving to ensure all contract terms remain compliant with applicable Texas family law and state regulations.
