Pricing is submitted via two separate attachments: Attachment A covers inspection pricing per extinguisher type (ABC, CO2, and Halon) and rates for recharging and hydrostatic testing by weight category, while Attachment B details replacement pricing per extinguisher type and replacement parts pricing on a cost-plus-markup basis by type and weight. The contractor must possess all necessary licenses, permits, and appropriate technical credentials such as factory training or trade certification. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th day of each month following the previous month's service and include the DPS PO number and service month, directed to the DPS Finance office in Austin or via email. The contractor provides a one-year performance warranty on all work and a material warranty guaranteeing all supplied materials are new and free from defects. The contractor assumes full responsibility for personnel safety, equipment security, facility damage repairs, and maintains all liability for claims arising from contractor operations.
