If approved by PVAMU, the designated Administrator will be responsible for processing all refunds and exchanges within their account.

When applicable, PVAMU will be responsible for any credit card chargebacks and associated merchant processing fees resulting from chargebacks initiated by patrons for any reason related to PVAMU-identified events. Respondents must explain how refunds, exchanges, voids, and chargebacks are administered within the proposed system, as well as any charges that may be incurred by PVAMU.

When applicable, appropriate documentation, receipts, and supporting evidence must be provided to PVAMU for any identified transaction(s).

When applicable, refunds will not be issued for the affected event;

however, exchanges may be facilitated with PVAMU approval.

1.4.12 Transmission of Funds

For each successful transaction, the selected respondent/contractor must collect the ticket price and the respondent/contractor’s fee for ticketing services. Proposed fees must also cover all credit card processing and related costs. All respondents must provide an overview of the methods by which PVAMU will be paid or reimbursed for tickets sold to patrons for the identified and scheduled events.
