Questions Received by Paris Junior College:

Answer: No, yes they can be additional to the 20-page response.
2. Question: Is the inclusion of an Appendix containing the requested Title Research Sample and additional supporting documentation, such as the requested client list, related to requirements in Sections 1-5 acceptable in addition to the 20-page response and not count against the page limit?
Answer: Any samples and additional supporting documentation can be in addition to the 20-page response.
3. Question: In Section 2. Scope of Work, item 2.17 (RFQ Page 3), please explain what assistance Paris Junior College (PJC) is seeking. It is our understanding that taxable value audits are not applicable to Community Colleges.

Answer: Bill is sent by mail.

Answer: Certified Mail, Regular Mail, Published Notices, Published Sale Notice.
We are not currently requiring an established collection approach.

Answer: Yes, that is the only form required for this RFQ.
9. Question: Section 5 of the RFQ refers to a sample contract and attachments tab section. Please direct to where those documents are located.
Answer: This was phrased incorrectly, please disregard. We did not include a sample of the terms and conditions in the Attachments tab of the ESBD.
