About this file

This is a Fee Schedule (Rider 102) for shuttle bus services provided to MD Anderson in Texas. The contract establishes hourly rates for regular shuttle bus operations across a five-year term, with rates to be specified for Year 1 through Year 5 at an hourly rate per bus in operation. The contractor will be compensated based on actual service hours verified through GPS reports, with fuel billed separately based on actual consumption supported by receipts. The agreement requires the contractor to maintain on-time performance and strict adherence to the approved schedule, with service hours defined as each hour of work performed and supported by GPS documentation.

The fee schedule incorporates multiple performance adjustment mechanisms that reduce contractor compensation for non-compliance with service standards. Adjustments include $200 monthly deductions for spacing/headway compliance below 95%, deductions equal to the hourly rate multiplied by hours of service interruption due to equipment failure or no-shows, $100 per incident for HVAC failures, $200 deductions for environmental violations, and escalating penalties for customer service complaints and other incidents ranging from $100 to $500 per occurrence depending on frequency. Special assignment shuttle services are available at separate hourly rates with specified minimum hours per assignment. The contractor must maintain spare vehicles deployable within one hour of any vehicle removal from service, provide trained staff for wheelchair lift operations, fill manager position vacancies within 30 days, and perform preventive maintenance on approved schedules, with $200 monthly deductions for missed maintenance intervals.
