A minimum 10 percent match meeting specific federal criteria is required, and the Department of Energy has established a maximum reimbursement limit of 10 percent of the total contract award for indirect and fringe benefits costs. Respondent failure to submit a signed acknowledgement of receipt of Addendum No. 2 with the proposal may result in disqualification. All interested parties must periodically check the Electronic State Business Daily for updates and additional addenda prior to proposal submission.
