About this file
This document is a vendor information exhibit for the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Online Bid Room, detailing the procedures and requirements for submitting responses to the Aircraft Management Solution (AMS) solicitation. The exhibit provides guidance for vendors interested in responding to this state of Texas contract opportunity. The document does not specify product or service details, quantities, response deadlines, site visit requirements, or bidder conference information, as these details are contained in the main solicitation package that vendors must review separately.
The exhibit outlines a two-step registration process for vendors to access the DPS Online Bid Room platform. Vendors must first register at the designated portal and allow up to two business days to receive login credentials, then use those credentials to access solicitation opportunities and submit responses electronically. The document emphasizes that vendors must submit responses by the deadline specified in the solicitation package, that late submissions are not accepted, and that technical difficulties with the optional online submission system do not constitute grounds for protest. Vendors are directed to review the main solicitation package, vendor user guide, frequently asked questions, and tutorial resources for complete details regarding pricing terms, submission requirements, and all other contract-specific information.
