About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) issued by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the rental, delivery, pickup, and washout services of FRAC (Fracturing) tanks within the Yoakum District. The SOW specifies the provision of six 500-barrel "V" Bottom FRAC tanks: one tank at each of four highway intersection locations (identified by specific longitude and latitude coordinates), two tanks at SH36 @ IH-10, and one tank at the TxDOT Maintenance Yard in Columbus, Texas. All tanks must be delivered to designated locations as specified in Attachment A within five calendar days of written authorization. The vendor must ensure tanks are thoroughly cleaned and free of residue and contaminants upon delivery. The service locations are specified on maps showing aerial views of each delivery site with yellow markers indicating tank placement points. TxDOT reserves the right to add or delete service locations with five calendar days' written notice.

Vendor qualifications require a minimum of three years of experience in tank rental, pickup, and delivery services within the past five years, with experience from partners holding 25 percent or greater ownership applicable toward this requirement. All personnel driving to job sites must possess valid Texas driver licenses, have no DUI or DWI incidents within three years, and no more than two moving violations within three years. Service requirements mandate annual driver license verification, English-language fluency for at least one personnel member, provision of all safety equipment, compliance with TxDOT security measures, and return of service calls within 24 hours. Unsatisfactory performance, including failure to meet service requirements or delayed service call responses, may result in negative performance reports or contract cancellation. The document does not address pricing, funding sources, set-asides, or contract duration.
