About this file
This is a Schedule of Costs and Fees attachment for RFP 2026-1160 issued by Texas Tech University Procurement Services for Above and Underground Utility Repair, Replacement, and Installation services. The document serves as a pricing template for proposers to submit their cost structures and service rates related to utility repair, replacement, and installation work.
Proposers must provide pricing for materials using one or more of the following methods: a discount from manufacturer price lists or catalogs, fixed prices, or combinations thereof. The document requests that proposers with existing cooperative or government contracts (such as BuyBoard, E&I, or OMNIA) submit pricing equal to or better than current cooperative agreements, with the option to apply multiple percentage discount structures. Proposers must complete several pricing sections including: material markup rates showing both general public rates and proposed Texas Tech University rates, overall discount percentages for parts and equipment, and minimum service call duration in hours. Additionally, proposers must provide standard hourly rates (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CST), overtime rates, and general public rates for each service category related to repair, replacement, and installation services. An optional section allows proposers to submit additional hourly rates for specialized services such as equipment operation or hourly maintenance, as well as fixed rates like mileage charges for travel on a per-mile basis.
