About this file
This document is an Addendum of Solicitation issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety's Procurement and Contract Services for Solicitation No. 405-25R0025144. The addendum covers the procurement of vinyl wrapping services for twenty-two 6x10 V-Nose trailers located in Florence, TX. The project requires wrapping both sides, front, and rear panels of brand new trailers, with a maximum of three design revisions allowed. The wraps should be completed as quickly as possible, ideally in one session, with the QR code placed on the passenger side of the trailers. The installation must be performed on-site, and electronic signatures are permitted.
Key pricing and contractual details include that the pricing should not include taxes, with a tax exemption certificate available upon request. The invoice will be for the entire job, not per trailer, and there are no specific completion date constraints. The Department will provide power, light, water, and three feet of working space for the installation. Vendors are advised to include artwork proofs with their bid, and if not currently registered to do business with the State, they must complete specific exhibits before award. The discount for prompt payment is optional but will be considered during bid evaluation.
