About this file
This document contains submission instructions for a solicitation issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ). All responses must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, with respondents required to register in advance. Submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date, and vendors are advised to allow at least one business day for large file uploads to account for processing time and internet speed variations. Any requests for additional information or clarifications regarding solicitation specifications must be submitted through the electronic bid system by the dates specified in the solicitation. Amendments to the solicitation will be issued via public notice through the electronic bid system, and respondents are responsible for regularly checking for and obtaining any amendments pertaining to their solicitation.
Respondents may withdraw and resubmit responses at any time prior to the advertised due date and time, but all responses received by TDCJ at the deadline are considered final, conclusive, and irrevocable with no amendments or corrections permitted after that point. Once submission is complete and a "Submission Complete" status notification is received from Euna Procurement, respondents should verify their submission by accessing their account to confirm all correct documents have been uploaded. After the close date passes, no changes to submitted documents are permitted. Technical assistance is available through Euna Procurement's support team at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or via their Vendor Knowledgebase. The solicitation identification number is 696-FD-26-P004.

Submission
It is recommended that once you have completed your final submission and received a notice status of “Submission Complete” from Euna Procurement, you access your account again and review the documents to verify that the correct content has been provided. Once the close date has passed, you will not have an opportunity to change any of the submitted documents.
