About this file

This document is an Exhibit J.3 Compliance Standards and Remedies for Sex Offender Treatment Services, likely associated with a state or local government contract (reference number 696-TC-25-P036). The document outlines six specific compliance standards for treatment providers, including maintaining current licensing from the Council on Sex Offender Treatment (CSOT), conducting individual and group therapy sessions with precise frequency and duration requirements, completing documentation and progress notes weekly, and developing treatment plans within specified timelines.

The contract includes detailed payment adjustment and remedy provisions for non-compliance. If treatment providers fail to meet the established standards, financial penalties will be imposed, ranging from withheld invoice payments to reduced compensation. For example, providers will not have invoices processed if they are unlicensed or fail to meet session requirements. For specific documentation and notification delays, the contract allows for reducing payments by $25 per day, with a maximum penalty of $200. The Department retains the right to withhold monthly payments or temporarily suspend payment adjustments if standards are not met.
