About this file
The document is a comprehensive set of exhibits for a Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) Parole Division Sex Offender Treatment Services contract. The exhibits outline detailed requirements, forms, and procedures for contractors providing sex offender treatment services, including compliance standards, performance measures, referral processes, billing invoices, and documentation protocols. The contract governs the provision of group and individual treatment sessions for paroled sex offenders, with specific guidelines for therapists, polygraph examiners, and parole officers.
The contract includes financial provisions such as subsidized and self-pay treatment options, with precise billing procedures and performance standards. Contractors must meet stringent licensing requirements, maintain current liability insurance, and adhere to specific documentation and reporting standards. Payment is contingent upon compliance with numerous detailed requirements, including timely submission of invoices, accurate record-keeping, session attendance tracking, and submission of progress reports. The contract includes remedies and payment adjustments for non-compliance, such as reductions in payment for late submissions or unauthorized services, and potential contract termination for serious infractions.
