About this file

This document is Exhibit F.6, providing instructions for the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Online Bid Room vendor submission process. The exhibit outlines the optional electronic bidding method for solicitation responses, which can be submitted through the DPS Online Bid Room or other methods specified in the solicitation package. Vendors must carefully read and review the entire solicitation package before submitting their response by the designated due date and time, with strict adherence to submission requirements to avoid potential disqualification.

The document details a two-step registration process for accessing the Online Bid Room, which involves registering at a specified website and waiting up to two business days to receive login credentials. Vendors are provided with resources including a Vendor Tutorial, User Guide, and support contact information to assist with the submission process. The exhibit emphasizes that technical difficulties or optional use of the Online Bid Room do not constitute grounds for protesting a contract award, and electronic submissions will receive automatic confirmation through the system, negating the need for additional receipt verification.
