About this file

The document provides clarifying information for potential proposers about the solicitation, including details about submission requirements, wage considerations, and proposal guidelines. While the specific service or product being solicited is not explicitly stated, the document indicates an ongoing procurement process with several key procedural and administrative details.
Central Health practices a Good Faith Effort for Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) participation and allows both HUB and non-HUB vendors to participate in the solicitation. There is an existing incumbent for the service, though their identity will not be revealed. Proposers are advised to research local wage requirements, specifically noting Austin's living wage requirement. The proposal submissions are preferred through the BidNet platform, with potential for in-person drop-offs, and email submissions are not accepted. Awards are generally expected around the proposal expiration date, with all proposers to be formally notified of the solicitation status once a determination is made.
