About this file
This document is a HUB (Historically Underutilized Business) Quick Information sheet for the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) related to a Single Stream Pickup, Transportation and Recycling Services contract. The document specifically applies to award respondents for Facilities Maintenance and Operational (FMO) Maintenance and Repair Contracts, outlining the requirements for maintaining a HUB Subcontracting Plan throughout the contract's duration.
The document provides detailed guidance on HUB subcontracting requirements, including who to add to the Historically Underutilized Business Subcontracting Plan (HSP), when HSP revisions are required, and audit procedures. Key requirements include submitting a Progress Assessment Report (PAR) with each invoice, maintaining compliance with Texas Administrative Code, and entering subcontractors into the B2G system. The plan mandates that vendors list potential subcontractors and suppliers they may use for services, non-inventory supplies, or equipment rentals, with a recommendation to include regularly used vendors.
