About this file

This document is Exhibit G from Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 608-25-91113 for Camp Hubbard Renewal Commissioning Services, issued by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV). The exhibit provides detailed instructions for the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Subcontracting Plan, which is a mandatory component of the solicitation response.

The HUB Subcontracting Plan instructions define a HUB as a business that is at least 51% owned by specific minority groups, women, or service-disabled veterans, with its principal place of business in Texas. The statewide HUB Program aims to facilitate the use of HUB-certified businesses in state procurement processes, particularly for construction, services, and commodity purchases. Failure to include a completed HUB Subcontracting Plan with the response may result in disqualification. Respondents can direct questions about the HUB Program to the TxDMV HUB Office at hub@txdmv.gov.
