About this file

This document is a Supplemental Cost Worksheet (Q-69BO) for RFP # 306-25-0112 issued by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC). The worksheet is designed for vendors to provide detailed pricing and renewal information for a potential contract with an initial term from 09/01/2024 to 08/31/2025, with four optional renewal terms extending through 08/31/2029. The document provides a structured Excel-based template for vendors to specify maximum percentage increases for each potential renewal term, with the option to maintain fixed pricing.

The worksheet includes sections for payment terms and early payment discounts, allowing vendors to propose alternative payment schedules or offer cash discounts for early payment. Vendors can specify percentage increases for renewal terms, justifications for different payment schedules, and potential early payment discount percentages. The document emphasizes strict submission guidelines, including maintaining the worksheet's original structure, using only text-based responses, and avoiding special characters or Excel formulas. Technical support for submission is available through Bonfire at Support@GoBonfire.com.
