About this file

This document is a Conflict of Interest Definition attachment from West Texas Centers, a behavioral and developmental health organization. The document outlines the specific conditions under which local government officers and vendors must file conflicts disclosure statements. No due dates, quantities, or contract terms are specified in this document.

The document establishes two key financial thresholds: business relationships resulting in taxable income exceeding $2,500 over a 12-month period, and gifts with an aggregate value exceeding $100 over a 12-month period. These thresholds trigger disclosure requirements when they involve local government officers, their family members, and vendors who either have executed contracts with the local governmental entity or are being considered for contracts. The document also requires vendors to disclose any business, employment, or family relationships with local government officers or their family members.
