About this file
This is Addendum 2 to RFQ No. MCP-COM-25 issued by The University of Texas System Office of Capital Projects for commissioning services related to the Medical Complex Project (MCP), a joint initiative between The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. The addendum provides clarifications to the original RFQ, including confirmation that resumes must be included within the 40-page limit, specification that the EEO format is located on page 23 of the RFQ, and clarification that HUB Subcontracting Plan documents should be addressed to Gary Shearod, HUB Contracting Coordinator. Responses are due March 4, 2025 at 2:00 pm, and no written inquiries will be accepted after 12:00 p.m. CST on February 25, 2025.
The addendum provides technical clarifications regarding document formatting, stating that 11x17 sheets are not acceptable and that divider sheets may include project titles and locations but should not be used to fulfill section 2.4 requirements. It confirms that TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) coordination will be needed and should be included as part of the commissioning process. The document includes an acknowledgment form where proposers must initial receipt of any applicable addenda. No pricing terms, set-asides, or funding information are discussed in this addendum.
