Re: Historically Underutilized Business Plan for RFP 2025-1126 Pest Control Services

Dear Mrs. Adling:

In accordance with the requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal specification section 4.7 “HUB Subcontracting Plan,” I am pleased to forward this HUB Subcontracting Plan, Letter of Commitment as an integral part of our Proposal response to the RFP for Pest Control Services.

I have read and understand the TTU Policy on Utilization of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) and the State of Texas Comptroller’s guidelines.

An updated HUB Subcontracting Plan will be submitted for each monetary change order and also at the completion of each project. Documentation of subcontracted work must be provided with each pay request.

I will submit a completed HUB Subcontracting Plan with each project as required and will comply with all regulations relating to HUB Subcontracting.
