About this file

This is an addendum (#002) to Invitation for Bid (IFB-25-014) issued by the Texas A&M Forest Service Purchasing Department for Hudson Shop Doors replacement project. The addendum contains a Q&A section addressing six bidder questions about the project, including confirmation that pictures of existing openings are available in attachment B, clarification that no specific manufacturer was used as the basis for design, verification that no security systems are connected to the doors being replaced, and confirmation that the work area contains hazardous materials (diesel fuel, gasoline, and motor oil) but no sensitive equipment. Technical specifications confirm there is approximately 23 inches of headroom from the door frame to the eve purlin.

The addendum confirms the umbrella insurance requirement of $5,000,000. Bidders must submit this signed and dated addendum along with their IFB response, either included with the bid submittal or faxed to 979-458-7387. Failure to submit the signed addendum may result in bid disqualification. The document includes spaces for authorized signature, date, printed name, and company name.
