About this file
This is an addendum to Informal Bid #IFB-25-011 issued by the Texas A&M Forest Service Purchasing Department for Various Trailer Types. The addendum provides clarifications through a Q&A format, specifically addressing specifications for multiple trailer types. For the single axle utility trailer, the agency confirms the requirement for powder coating and a gate. The single axle cargo trailer must have a v-nose front, ramp doors, and be white in color. The addendum confirms that a forklift will be available to help offload the three smaller trailers.
The addendum requires all bidders to return a signed and dated copy either with their IFB submittal or by fax to 979-458-7387. Failure to submit the signed addendum may result in bid disqualification. The document includes signature blocks for authorized representatives to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the addendum terms. The addendum is dated December 18, 2024, and constitutes page 1 and 2 of the document under reference number IFB-25-011.
