About this file
This is an addendum issued by the Texas A&M Forest Service Purchasing Department for IFB-25-011 for Various Trailer Types, dated December 18, 2024. The addendum provides clarifications through a Q&A format, specifying that the single axle utility trailer must include powder coating and a gate, while the single axle cargo trailer must have a v-nose front, ramp doors, and be white in color. The document also confirms that a forklift will be available to help offload the three smaller trailers.
The addendum requires bidders to return a signed and dated copy either with their IFB submittal or by fax to 979-458-7387, with failure to do so potentially resulting in bid disqualification. The document includes signature blocks for authorized representatives to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the addendum terms. No pricing information or set-aside requirements are included in this addendum.
