About this file

This is Addendum No. 1 issued by the Brazos River Authority (BRA) for RFP No. 25-1356, Navasota River Inundation Mapping for Downstream Structures project. The addendum primarily consists of eight questions and answers addressing various aspects of the procurement. Key clarifications include confirmation that no pre-proposal meeting is planned, proposals are due by January 7, 2025, and the contract term is one year with four optional one-year renewals. The 10-page limit applies specifically to information presented under Tabs A and B, excluding resumes, cover letters, table of contents, and cover pages.

No predetermined budget has been established for this contract, and pricing will be determined after proposal evaluation. While there is no specific HUB/DBE goal stated in the RFP, the BRA aims to achieve the state's HUB goal of 23.7% for professional services contracts. The addendum clarifies that pre-qualified firms and those listed on the Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) for Texas were invited to participate. A Certificate of Insurance is not required with the initial submission, and bidders can include both completed and ongoing projects in their project history summaries. The bidders list will remain confidential until contract award or final decision.
