About this file
This is Addendum No. 1 issued by the Brazos River Authority (BRA) for RFP No. 25-1356 regarding the Navasota River Inundation Mapping for Downstream Structures project, dated December 18, 2024. The addendum provides responses to eight bidder questions, clarifying that there will be no pre-proposal meeting, both completed and ongoing projects may be included in project history summaries, and project approach methodologies should be included under Tab B. The document specifies that the 10-page limit applies to information presented under Tabs A and B, excluding resumes, while cover letters, table of contents, cover pages, and tabs do not count toward the page limit.
The addendum clarifies that no budget has been established in advance of proposals, and while there is no specific HUB/DBE goal stated in the RFP, the BRA aims to achieve the state's HUB goal of 23.7% for professional services contracts. Pre-qualified firms and those listed on the Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) for Texas Purchasing entities were invited to participate. A Certificate of Insurance is not required with the submission, though HUB subcontracting plans may be considered during proposal evaluation. The bidders list remains confidential until contract award or final decision.
