About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Texas State Technical College (TSTC) for house cleaning services at their Marshall campus. The purpose is to identify a supplier to provide comprehensive cleaning services for 54 apartment units, which include a mix of 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom units. The selected supplier will conduct deep cleaning during scheduled semester turnovers and on an as-needed basis throughout the year. The RFP is open from November 13, 2024 to November 27, 2024, with a due date of November 27, 2024 at 2:00 PM CST. TSTC does not anticipate the contract to exceed $100,000 and will not require a HUB Subcontracting Plan at this time. The agreement is valid for one year, with the option to extend for one more year.

Pricing is fixed for the first year, and any increases during the renewal period must receive prior approval from TSTC. TSTC does not have a HUB goal requirement, but suppliers are required to make a good faith effort in achieving those goals. TSTC prefers electronic payment methods, and coordination between TSTC staff and the supplier is essential prior to any delivery.

Purpose:

The purpose of this RFP is to identify a supplier to provide comprehensive cleaning services for 54 apartment units at Texas State Technical College (TSTC) Marshall, which include a mix of 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom units. The selected supplier will conduct deep cleaning during scheduled semester turnovers and on an as-needed basis throughout the year.

If a SIGNED Execution of Offer is not submitted the bid will be disqualified (please make sure forms are signed when document is uploaded). TSTC does not anticipate the contract to exceed $100,000 and won't require that a HUB Subcontracting Plan be submitted at this time. In the case that a HUB Subcontracting Plan is required, suppliers are not required to meet the State of Texas HUB goals. However, TSTC requires that all suppliers make a good faith effort in achieving those goals.

This agreement is valid for a period of one year, with the option to extend for one more year. Prices are fixed for the first year, and any increases in the annual percentage rate during the renewal periods must receive prior approval from TSTC.
