The contract is for the rental, delivery, maintenance, and cleaning of portable toilets and sinks at Anzalduas Park in Mission, Texas. The service period is from the date of award through August 31, 2025, with an option to renew for one additional two-year period. The contractor is required to provide one ADA-compliant portable toilet, two non-ADA-compliant portable toilets, and two rental sinks, with cleaning and servicing to be performed twice per week. The contractor's personnel must submit to a DPS fingerprint-based criminal history background investigation, and any personnel who do not pass the background check will not be allowed to work on the contract. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th day of each month following the previous month's service.

The contract does not provide specific pricing information, set-asides, or funding sources. It emphasizes DPS's role as a law enforcement organization and the requirement for the contractor to comply with all applicable state, federal, and international laws. The contractor is responsible for proper cleanup and disposal of any waste spillage that occurs during servicing of the toilets.
