About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by Texas Woman's University (TWU) for Transition Planning and Move Management Services related to the construction of a new Health Sciences Center on its Denton, Texas campus. The required services include management of the relocation of office equipment, specialized medical and research equipment, and cadavers, as well as the coordination of new equipment deliveries. The transition planning and move logistics are anticipated to take approximately 4-6 months, with the physical move into the new building beginning in May 2025. The revised proposal due date is Friday, November 22nd at 2:00 PM CT, and the contract term is anticipated to begin upon the last signature and expire in September 2025.

The RFP indicates that pricing is requested as a lump sum fee, and proposers may also provide an estimated fixed fee range for the physical movers. The RFP does not specify any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond, and it does not provide information on existing incumbent vendors, contractors, infrastructure, or technology that requires integration. While the RFP outlines the overall budget and scope of the project, specific award values or budget ranges are not provided.
