About this file
This document is a Certification of Compliance with the Texas Public Information Act (TPIA) for state and local government contracts valued at $1 million or more. The certification requires the contractor to preserve all contracting information related to the contract, provide such information to the University on request, and either provide the contracting information to the University at no cost upon completion of the contract or preserve the information as required by the University's records retention policies. The contractor also agrees that the requirements of the TPIA Subchapter J may apply to the contract and that the contract can be terminated if the contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with these requirements.
The document does not provide details about the specific contract opportunity, such as the products or services requested, project overview, quantities, response dates, award details, or contract term. It only outlines the contractor's obligations related to preserving and providing contracting information in compliance with the TPIA.
