About this file
This document is a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) related to a state and local contract opportunity by the Texas Department of Public Safety. The scope of work includes kennel boarding services for the fiscal years 2025-2026. The HUB goal for this solicitation is 26.0% for All Other Services, and respondents must provide notice to three or more certified HUBs and two or more trade organizations or development centers in Texas at least seven working days prior to submitting their bid. The document outlines the NIGP class/item codes for potential subcontracting trades, the HSP requirements, and the process for submitting the HSP paperwork.
The document also includes the HUB Subcontracting Opportunity Notification Form, which provides details on the subcontracting opportunity, including the scope of work, required qualifications, bonding/insurance requirements, and the deadline for potential subcontractors to submit their bid responses. The form requires the respondent to provide information about their company, the agency issuing the solicitation, and the bid open date.
