About this file

This document is a set of instructions for responding to a bid solicitation issued by Texas Woman's University (TWU) through the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) website. The bid opportunity is for a Donor Acquisition and Retention Program, which seeks to establish a comprehensive annual giving fundraising effort along with alumni engagement. The instructions detail the steps for existing and new suppliers to access the bid, view the requirements and bid documents, submit questions, and ultimately submit a bid response through the TWU Supplier Portal in Oracle Cloud. The bid response must be uploaded by the specified due date, as failure to do so will result in disqualification. After the bid closing date, a selection committee will review the bids and notify bidders of the award decision.

The instructions do not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbent vendors, funding sources, or other financial information related to this procurement. However, they do note that the solicitation is being issued through a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
