About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Texas Military Department (TMD) Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the procurement of four (4) Loftness 71BSS44A2 Mulchers or four (4) Bradco MM 72 Series Mulchers (equivalent or better). The addendum provides answers to questions submitted by bidders, including confirmation that other mulcher widths up to 86 inches will be considered, clarification that a bond is not required for this bid, and information regarding the 21.1% HUB participation goal. The mulchers are to be delivered to four (4) sites, and the customer will be able to offload the mulchers at the time of delivery if coordination is done in advance.

The IFB does not specify any pricing terms, set asides, or funding requirements. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of the addendum prior to the bid opening date and time, and changes to a previously submitted bid can be made via email or letter received before the bid opening.
